Short Bio

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Sciences at Oklahoma City University. I got my B.S. in Computer Science from East China University of Science and Technology, and received M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Wayne State University. I was an author of one monograph, and published over 20 papers in various peer-reviewed prestigious conference proceedings and achieved journals, including IEEE Transaction on Vehicular Networks and Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing. I has served as the secretary of Technical Committee on the Internet of the IEEE Computer Society (IEEE-CS TCI), a guest Editor at Wireless Personal Communications, a workshop general chair for ICCCN 2013, a workshop co-chair of MobiPST 2011 and 2012, a publicity chair for MobiPST 2013 and MCCTA 2013, a session chair in ICCCN and CollaborateCom, a member of editorial board in journal of Wireless Engendering and Technology, International Journal On Advances in Software, International Journal On Advances in Intelligent Systems, as well as International Journal of Research and Reviews in Wireless Sensor Networks (IJRRWSN), and a program committee member in numerous conferences. I am also a reviewer for numerous journals including IEEE TPDS, Elsevier JPDC and so on. I am a member of IEEE and ACM.
